Friendship Appoints Todd Lowe as Director of Information Technology

We are proud to announce the appointment of Todd Lowe as Director of Information Technology. “We are very pleased to welcome Todd to our team,” said Mike Shannon, Friendship’s Chief Financial Officer.  “Todd has over 15 years of experience in the technology field and is eager to leverage his knowledge in the best way possible to support our mission.”

Lowe comes to Friendship from Newbold Corporation, where he managed their technology services division.  He supported thousands of locations across the U.S., as well as Canada and Mexico. “I am honored to be part of the Friendship team,” said Lowe.  “I look forward to continuing the community’s effort to put technology to best use to benefit our residents, family members and coworkers.”

Lowe joined the Friendship team in June, and immediately got right to work.  He and the information technology department have been focusing on security, continuing to manage compliancy and have made tremendous strides in upgrading systems organization-wide. “I love it here,” said Lowe.  “Everyone has been very welcoming, and wants to make sure I’m comfortable in this new role.  My birthday came just days after I was hired and my co-workers went out of their way to hold a celebration, which meant so much, especially since I was brand new to the company.  It speaks volumes to Friendship’s culture and the genuine appreciation everyone has for each other here.”
