Friendship Earns Workplace Excellence Award
Friendship Retirement Community has once again been recognized for its commitment to workforce engagement, earning Align’s 2025 Workplace Excellence Award. Notably, every Friendship facility earned the award, underscoring the organization’s system-wide dedication to creating an exceptional workplace culture.
In 2025, 84 percent of Friendship employees participated in the Align Employee Engagement Survey. Of those respondents, 89 percent rated Friendship as a “good” or “excellent” place to work. Several Friendship facilities—including Friendship Adult Medical Day Care and Friendship Health & Rehab Center North—have now earned the Workplace Excellence Award four consecutive years in a row, reflecting sustained excellence in employee engagement.
