Friendship Promotes Chuck Flynn to Administrator for Friendship Health and Rehab Center North
“It is with tremendous pride to announce that Chuck Flynn has been named administrator for Friendship Health & Rehab Center North,” said President and Chief Executive Officer Joe Hoff. “Chuck is extremely gifted in building strong teams and has proven the genuine care and concern he has for our residents, family members and team members time and time again.”
Flynn has been serving as the administrator for Friendship Assisted Living since April 2018. In that time, he helped oversee the renovation of the building’s lobby, made significant strides in census development, and has been co-leading Friendship’s culture change initiative.
“In the time I’ve had here at Friendship, I’ve witnessed incredible team members pour their hearts into their work,” said Flynn. “It has made me proud to work with a team that has a plan in place for every situation, and everyone plays a part in the success of the organization.”
“Chuck’s leadership and growth of a positive culture at Friendship Assisted Living over the last couple years made him an excellent choice for the administrator role at North,” said Ben Higgins, director of healthcare operations. “He’s a thoughtful and patient person who puts resident care and excellent customer service above all else. He has an opportunity to create a lasting legacy within our skilled nursing and rehab operations, and we’re excited to see all the great outcomes he and his team will help create for residents and patients, now and in the future.”
A graduate of Radford University, Flynn joined the healthcare industry in 2015. He and his wife and two daughters reside in Salem.
