
Friendship Retirement Community Earns "Great Place to Work" Accolade
ROANOKE,VA – Friendship Retirement Community received Align’s Workplace Excellence Award for their dedication to workforce engagement during 2024.
Eighty-four percent of Friendship’s employees participated in the 2024 Align Employee Engagement Survey. Of the employees who participated, 89 percent responded with “good” or “excellent” to the statement: rate us as a place to work.
